About Our Wealth of Health Fitness Programs in Ogden UT
Adapted from our high-impact, high-intensity training Athletic Adventure Program, the Wealth of Health program is a one-of-a-kind class that was designed for people who are not interested in martial arts training but who want to learn meditation that works fast, get in the best shape of their life, be able to sense and control the energy traveling through their bodies, and increase their flexibility.
Wealth of Health is a low-impact breath work and exercise course. It gives you all of the benefits of meditation, aerobics, Pilates, calisthenics, tai chi, and yoga in one two-hour class each week along with ten minutes per day at home on your own. The classes put you in charge of your own healing as you put the Wealth of Health lessons to work improving your condition, whatever it may be.
Who Benefits from This Program?
The Wealth of Health program was originally designed for people over the age of 40 years old, but since its inception in 2005, students from age 14 to 70 have been reaping the benefits. The Wealth of Health program is for you whether you want to heal from a chronic condition or injury, are out of shape and looking to get healthier and lose fat, or an elite endurance athlete wanting better anaerobic and aerobic capacity, an incredible VO2 max, and more stamina.
