At MP USA, we offer a program called Wealth of Health. In these martial arts classes for health in Ogden, Utah, we use Merpati Putih to combine all of the benefits you would expect from meditation, breathwork, yoga, Pilates, tai chi, calisthenics, and aerobics in one two-hour class each week along with ten minutes per day at home.
The Wealth of Health Program was originally designed for older adults, but for over a decade, students from 14 to 70 have enjoyed the classes. The classes start quarterly and space is always limited. The next six-month term begins in July. But, if you would like to “try before you buy,” there are intro classes every Wednesday night from 7 pm to 9 pm throughout the month of June.
